Who will provide hosting for my website?
We will! Website hosting is included with all of our plans.
We have very fast Lightspeed servers that are very secure and we offer 99.9% server uptime as part of your service.
How many pages will my website have?
All websites come with a standard of the following pages for every website we build.
- Homepage
- Services Page
- Up to 6 Service pages
- Service Area Page
- Up to 6 City Pages for your area
- About Us Page
- Contact Us Page
- Terms Of Service Page
- Privacy Policy Page
- HTML Sitemap Page
So that’s a total of 20 pages included with any of our packages.
Additional Service and City pages can be purchased for a one time fee. See the pricing page on our website for additional information on pricing.
What is the estimated time for building my website?
As soon as we have all the necessary information and materials, such as your photos, logo, service area map, and completed Service Information Form, we’ll create your new website. We’ll design, code, and have it ready for your review and launch within 14 days (some exception may apply).
Do you manage website software updates?
How do you handle minor website updates or edits?
Send us an email, and we’ll get right on it. Our service agreement includes up to 30 minutes of support work per month for content changes, updates, photos, and other needs to keep your website information current. I f you have many changes in mind, please make a list of ALL requested updates in order to avoid additional charges and invoicing.
Is extra functionality or additional pages available?
Will I own my website domain?
Yes, you will. You can register or transfer your domain to our service, or you can use your own registrar. You will always be the legal owner of your domain.
Is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) part of your service?
Yes, it is. Unlike other web designers who charge extra for optimizing your site for search engines, we include it in all our web design packages. It’s important to optimize your website to make it easy for people to find it online.
All packages include Onsite SEO Optimization.
For Offsite, link building, and other SEO services, these services are only available in our SEO Growth Booster and Ultimate SEO Dominator packages.
Do I need to provide my own domain/ URL /website address?
If you already own a domain that you’d like to use for your website, we’ll work with you to transfer it or point it to our hosting server. If you don’t have one, we’ll assist you in selecting the best domain/URL for your Service Website. The ongoing cost of the domain is NOT included in your monthly service and domains are renewed every year at a yearly fee. Domain fees can vary depending on what top level domain type you have. RE: .com, .net, etc.
What do I need to provide to start the website building process?
We’ll require the following:
- Photos of your services (no fuzzy or blurry pics please)
- A digital copy of your logo
- Your service area map (we’ll send you instructions for this)
- Complete our Service Information Form so we have complete details about your company.
- Access to your domain registrar so we can point the domain to our servers properly.
Do I own the content and graphics created for my website?
Any photos, logos, service area map, specificly written content, or other material that you provide belongs to you. All other website elements and code that we create are leased, and you have the right to use the website as long as you remain our customer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We’ll automatically charge your service fee of every month on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example if you sign up on January 15th, you will automatically be charged on the 15th of every month thereafter.
